Al-Futtaim Logistics recognised at the eighth E-Services Excellence Award

Dubai Trade, the online gateway for trade and logistics services in Dubai, announced the eighth cycle of its annual flagship event, the E-Services Excellence Award (ESEA) with a new theme and categories to support the Smart City initiative and 2015 Year of Innovation as announced earlier by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
During this eighth cycle of the ESEA, Dubai Trade unveiled four different award categories in line with government efforts to encourage transactions through mobile devices. Winners were selected on their total number of mobile transactions across key services provided by DP World, Dubai Customs and Economic Zones World, throughout 2015. At the event, Al-Futtaim Logistics won the Smart Services Award for M-Token Services.
Dubai Trade’s Innovation Award is an annual competition honouring companies that have successfully implemented a key business initiative or project that demonstrates creative, game-changing results through transformational approaches and innovative solutions in the Trade and Logistics sector. Al-Futtaim Logistics was one of the three finalists in the ‘Dubai Trade Innovation Award of the Year 2015’ category and was announced the winner on 2nd February at the ESEA event.
Al-Futtaim Logistics is honoured to be part of this prestigious awards ceremony that celebrates digital transformation in trade and logistics activities in the country. The management team present at the awards, networked with trade officials from the government authorities and guests, enhancing relationships which strengthens the strategic partnership. Dubai Trade presented a token of appreciation for the sponsorship support extended by Al-Futtaim Logistics.
