A logistics veteran with more than 25 years’ experience, Raman Kumar joined Al-Futtaim in 1995 as senior accountant and became finance manager in 2009. He became managing director in 2015, overseeing a team of 950 people and last year and led the company’s expansion in key Middle East markets, including GCC and East African countries. In Dubai as well, the company expanded its workforce. “We are growing at a very fast rate, which presents challenges, but our wonderful team makes things happen.
